The work

Bike-sharing operators run two businesses at once: a consumer app and a physical fleet. Neither works if the other is unreliable, and most platforms are strong at one and weak at the other.

We built the whole system — rider apps, IoT-enabled smart locks, the backend services that arbitrate between them, and the real-time analytics operators use to rebalance the fleet.
