Overview

A maturing consulting platform that had outgrown its own structure. We came in as both strategic and technical partner: auditing what existed, untangling the foundations, and building the workflow system consultancies need to run engagements and deliverables.

The problem

Consulting operations are process-intensive, and the platform's structure had not kept pace with them. Workflows bottlenecked exactly when the business tried to scale, accumulated technical debt was starting to threaten reliability, the product experience had drifted into inconsistency, and the architecture blocked the features the roadmap depended on.
