Overview

A real-world-asset tokenization platform bringing real estate investment within reach of ordinary investors: investor apps, the smart contracts that govern ownership, the compliance infrastructure that keeps it lawful, and the payment rails that make it usable.

The problem

Real-estate investing excludes people by ticket size, moves slowly, and hides what an investor actually owns behind paperwork and geography. Fixing that meant representing a physical asset as a legally sound token, making fractional ownership genuinely transparent, embedding regulatory compliance rather than bolting it on, handling both fiat and crypto, and doing all of it in a product a non-technical investor can navigate.

What we built

Investor applications

Consumer-grade mobile and web apps for discovering assets and managing a portfolio position.

Smart contract layer

Custom contracts governing tokenization and ownership rights, held as the authoritative record rather than a mirror of one.

Compliance infrastructure

Identity verification and transaction monitoring — KYC, KYB and KYT — wired through onboarding and every subsequent transaction.

Payments and wallets

Fiat-to-crypto flows and managed Wallet-as-a-Service infrastructure, so investors hold real on-chain ownership without managing keys.

Security validation

Penetration testing and contract review carried out alongside development rather than as a pre-launch formality.

How we approached it
